3. Payment & No Refund Policy
The Service operates on a prepaid basis with these provisions:
- Pre-paid Credits: Services require advance payment through credits.
- Final Sales: All purchases are nonrefundable due to immediate access to computational resources.
- No Refunds for Unused Credits: Unused balances cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- Dispute Consequences: Filing chargebacks without contacting support first results in permanent account termination.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Usage restrictions prohibit:
- Illegal activities, sexually explicit content generation (NSFW), or violence promotion.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or API reselling without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice or refund if you violate these rules.
